Cannot connect USB Printer

I am trying to connect a new Lexmark All in One USB printer to a machine running Win98SE. The computer was originally running Win95 and has an added USB card. I suspect that that is the problem. Probably need the driver software, but my customer does not have it. Any suggestions?

Go to the web-site of the manufacturer of the USB addon card, and download the drivers from there
