Cannot connect to the server-Error in connecting workflow

Thanks to venku72.
If you get an error "cannot connect to the server" while starting a workflow,please visit to the thread "thread388-1279409" .It works.Except in last step

Assigning the PM Server:

In $PM Root Dir: give the following path, where you installed informatica server.
C:\Program Files\Informatica PowerCenter 7.1.1\Server
