Cannot connect to the configuratoin database ???

Hi there,

Just build the portal with SPS2003 frontend & SQL2000 backend on 2 different servers based with w2k3.

Suddenly when I connected to server, after I type in the login info, it just simply returned a white screen with "Cannot connect to the configuration database."

As this portal system is setup by system integrator so I've no idea of the administation at all.

Wondering what's wrong with my portal system? How can I fix it?
