cannot connect to summary database

We have 3 servers running metaframe XP on win2k server. One of the servers is showing a "cannot connect to summary database" in resource manager. Can anyone shed light? Thanks!

This should be a Farm-wide message - it's not specific to a server, unless that server is the DCS.

Are there any messages in the Server Log? Are the Summary files being imported from all servers?

After some more digging and testing (being a new Citrix admin), I found out why: our reseller didn't even create the summary database, even though they enabled the feature!

Created it and no more error messages.

Thanks for the suggestions!
