Cannot connect to ShoreTel server with Communicator

Client: Windows 10 Pro
Communicator version: 14.2

Issue: Trying to log into server for the 1st time since fresh setup.
Error:

I've rebooted w/s, phone, tried new patch cables, uninstall Shoretel, tried using Shoretel TAPI...
I can ping the ip fine(have MANY users on our VOIP system) but few on Windows 10, but some...
