Cannot Connect to Server

I'm running NT Server and it is my only computer. My site runs fine (I scripted all the ASP, HTML, and JavaScript manually). Now I want to start using Visual Interdev but when I start a new project and enter my IP address, it won't connect. What should I do?

You must have front page server extensions installed.
