Cannot connect to ReportNet

I installed ReportNet
Did all the configurations
Start ReportNet with content manager configured with Sql2000.
Everything works fine.

I installed framework manager on the same computer.
Restart the computer and i start having errors:
DPR-ERR-2058 The dispatcher cannot service the request in time.

WHAT do you think is wrong? Mind it that before installing FWM everything works fine.

Hi.
I donot Know whether you solved or not.I did got same error.

Open the cognos Configuration save the configuration.
Stop and start the cognosReportNet services.Also it will be stop and start Webserver Services.

1.Save Cognos Configuration
2.Stop Cognos ReprtNet Services.
3.Stop Web server Sevices if you can
4.Wait for 2 to 3 mins
5. Start Web sever services..if you have stopped
6.Start ReportNet service.
this should work.

Also the error is mentioned in Trouble shotting in installation manual

-you have to have at least service pack 3a installed for sql server 2000.
-there are some java files in reportNet that you have to update.
