Cannot connect to printer. Access Denied

I have a printer setup on a windows 2000 system that is setup as a shared printer. EVERONE has complete access and rights to the printer. When I try and connect to the pritner browsing through the network, it gives me a message "Could not connect to printer. Access Is Denied"

Can anyone give me some suggestions to try?

Is this a workgroup or domain environment?
Where are you trying to connect from? (eg, what operating system. If win9x/ME, does the username/password you log onto that system with exist on the win2k machine as a user?).
