I recently added a few extensions and thought that everything was working fine. Voicemail worked. I could call the extension from inside the office and everything seems fine. From outside if you call and dial the extention, I get "Invalid entry" when I try to connect to these extensions. The extensions are in the correct calling group. Any help would be appreciated!

Do these new extensions have a starting number that is different from the exsiting extensions? For instance, the old extensions were all in the 100 range, and the new ones are in the 200 range? If so, check the selector code that matches that first digit, make sure it is "Direct Extension Transfer"

Where would I look to check that. I have a Legend system. I have a 2 digit numbering system and the numbers that I am having trouble with are 50-54.

Depends on which voice mail you have. Log into the system administrator's mailbox, and navigate your way to the Auto Attendant. Select modify, then press selector code 5. If it has been set to disabled or not used, set it to selector code transfer. Be sure to follow all the prompts, so that the changes will be saved. And don't forget to set it for both the day and night menus.
