cannot connect to EXCEL

Hi,
I cannot connect anymore to the Microsoft Excel to import data. Here is the error message.

NOTE: SAS initialization used:
real time 20.42 seconds
cpu time 1.85 seconds

ERROR: Connect:

ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
NOTE: Attachments for -10 reestablished for new parent.
NOTE: Import Cancelled.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Have you upgraded your SAS? Or did you apply a new license that didn't have pc file formats in its engine list?
