Cannot connect to Data Access Page made with Access 2000?

Do later versions of Windows or IE have trouble connecting to Data Access Pages, especially DAPs made in Access 2000? What does a Windows system need to be compatible with a DAP, such as web add-ins?
 
Frist Data Access Pages are WEB pages - extension with .htm. They reside outside of Access. They exist in the Internet Explorer environment. So not to sure what you mean by Windows and IE "connecting" to DAP's.
In fact, your question is pretty generic. You do not state your problem, give error messages, etc.
I don't have any problem with my DAP's create from Access 2000.
