I am currently running two citrix servers. When my dial-up users try to access a published application it will let them in if the load balance keeps them on the server they are dialing into. But if the load balance places them on the other server they receive this error "Cannot Connect to Citrix Server: I/O Error."

My two servers are placed behind a firewall. I do have one-to-one Nat enabled. Both of my citrix boxes have public IP addresses. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks

Have you done this on both servers?

To set an alternate address for a Citrix server

1. Determine the correct external IP address.

2. At a command prompt, type altaddr /set nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn, where nnn is the alternate IP address determined in Step 1.

3. Reboot.

4. Repeat on each server in a server farm.
