Cannot connect to ACT! .pad file

I am trying to use SQL Server DTS to extract data from ACT! 2006. When attempting to create the ACT! datasource I add the username and password that I have for ACT! (and that I can log into ACT! from the apllication), but I get an 'Cannot Initialize MSSQL OLEdb Provider'message. I get the same type of message wheevr I try to access he data using any other product.

All I am looking o do is exract notes frm my ACT! database, but can't seem to connect ot the db with anything other than ACT!

I have used this product and it works as advertised. I have been able to export the Notes/History information to an Access database.
