Cannot connect multiple remote consoles

Hi has anyone seen a problem with ePO 3.01 where you cannot connect multiple remote consoles? I get an error message stating "error accessing remote licensing information"

I am also running into an intermitent problem with the event parser stopping. At first I could just restart the event parser service. Now when I try to restart the service, it takes several hours to restart.
