Cannot complete BCM 3.7 patch

I have an issue with a BCM 400 3.7 It's using all IP phones and a few of them are displaying weird problems such as a delay when answering calls and or not being able to take the phone off speaker phone.

I tried to update the system patches and it took the first one that allocates disk space but I can't get past the first step on the cumulative patch. I tried installing the latest SU patch but after uploading It doesn't get off the first step. I beleive it says analyzing patch and stays at 0 percent. I let it run for about an hour and it never advances off the first step.

I stopped the patch and the system is still fucntioning but I'm wondering what it will take to update all the patches.

Two thing i allways reboot any 3.x system before patching been caught out to many times and check the F: drive is not full or nearly full..

If its not broke tweak it..
