We have a BCM50 3.0 with a DSM32 and DTM expansions, and during a PRI cut, we have successfully made inbound calls to the DIDs and succesfully made outbound calls to toll-free and long distance calls. However, we cannot make local 10 digit calls. The DTM is on the second expansion and we are using BlocB. When calling a local number, a message comes back telling us we have to put the area code in before dialing number. Why can i make long distance calls and not local?
