Cannot click on Report Tabs in new InfoView Installation

New installation of Infoview/WebIntelligence 6.5. User able to run a document sucessfully but not able to click on individual report tabs. I'm sure there is just some easy setting that has been missed. Any ideas?

What is your browser version. You need atleast IE 5.5. We had similar problems with 5.0, there were solved by using version 5.5 or higher
