Cannot Change Saved Passwords for Network Access

i recently changed the administrator password for my domain which is what backup exec uses to connect to several of the machines. ever since then back up jobs can no longer access any machines where they need to supply the admin password.

this is despite the fact that i have gone into back up selections and removed the servers in questions from the job and then readded them where it asked me for the username and password which i supplied.

i can now expand and view the contents of these machines so obviously the access works but when i try and back them up it fails with a "device specific error" every time.

i even tried creating a brand new job and slecting a file on one of these machines and got the same error.

anyone have any ideas???
