Cannot change name in Manager

R9.1.10 IP500v2. Having an issue with Manager where changing a user's name, full name, or extension will not take. After changing one of the fields I click Ok, then click off to a different user then back to the user that I changed and the change didn't take and the user's name is back to what it originally was. I can save the config, close it, open it back up and the change doesn't take. Making other changes to the user (buttons, forwarding, short codes, anything else) seems to take fine. Hunt groups are acting the same way, unable to change name or extension of groups. I was able to make name and extension changes in Web Manager just fine. Seems to be a weird issue with Manager itself. Originally was using R9.1.10 Manager, tried installing the new R9.1.11 Admin Suite and that made no difference. Verified all security settings as well and tried logging into Manager with multiple different accounts.

Has anyone ever ran into something like this before and have any suggestions?

It kind of sounds like a corrupted configuration from what you describe. If you save the config offline can you make the changes? If it does not work offline try making a brand new offline config and just verify you can change those settings on that. If that works then your most likely looking at a corrupted config and need to make a new one from scratch.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Make sure you run Manager as Administrator account on the PC/Laptop. If not it may have some weird stuff happening.
It also needs to be installed with Administrator rights.

Manager is installed with Admin rights and I did run it as Administrator but that did not make a difference. I do think it is a corrupted config. Saved the config and opened it on two separate PCs offline with the same issue. Thanks for the input.

Oh yeah. See if you change line settings and the changes propogate to other trunks on the same type.
Back up your old config.
Write a new config.
Recreate SD card while you're at it.
