All of a sudden, I cannot interrupt the boot process (* to program) and change the File Server Address to point the phone to a TFTP server that I have set up with VPN Remote firmware to convert the phone to a VPN phone. I can change the address, but once the phone reboots, it ignores the entry I have made it just points back to my HTTPS server address of my 8710 that is defined in my 176 scope option of my DHCP server. I have successfully reprogrammed phones numerous times in past, and it was never a problem, until now. As a work around, the only way I can program a VPN phone is to change the TLSSVR value in scope option 176 on the DHCP server to point to my TFTP server. Any entry I make on the phone manually gets ignored. What would prevent me from forcing the phone to another File Server Address? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
