Cannot catalog backup tape

Hi

I'm trying to do some mailbox restore, but I cannot catalog media. I know tape, and backup drive are OK, because they work in other Server. It is new Windows 2003, and Exchange 2007 installation.

You need to inventory first. What application are you using for backup?

I'm using NTBakup, and HP LTO3 backup drive. Out of 3 same backup drives, same servers, and same configration, it is mounting in only one of them.

No it is not. I'm trying to do a restore on that server.
