Im working on an option 11c. I have a route that uses an acess code 9 as follows:

when i dial 9 it give me a dialing tone, i dial the number and theres silence, after a while it goes back to a dialing tone without going out at all.
i traced the extension and i got this

any ideas anyone? Right nw i only get a dialing tone for 9 and after dialing the number it goes back again to the dialing tone.

Not the best way of doing your out bound calls using and ACOD of 9, but from what you say you dial then after a couple of seconds it returns back to dial tone possibly your DTMF is setup incorrectly. Look in LD 97 under xctp and sysp. What country are you in?
 
Also what is the stae of you DTR's (Stat in 32 program in 13) and TDS (Stat in 34 program in 17)

Unluckly enough we don't have any switchs in Africa so I cant compair it to one of ours and not online (NTPs on my works PC)now till Monday to be able to check the DTMF 138. You have INTL set to yes so in LD 22 if you print PARM you should have PCML set to A (Alaw).

What release of switch is it, is it on SSC or MGC?
 
The UNR thing would not have worked if you were getting Barred it wouldn't drop back to dial tone it would end call and give you re-order tone, which is not the case in your LD 80 Trace.
