cannot call out on the BCM50 R1.0

I cannot call out on the Bcm50 R1.0....
I can receive calls
The trunks are analog
After doing a power down(reboot) the system returns to normal
Any suggestions????????

do you have your trunks in a line pool?
do your sets have access to the pool usually pool a?
