Cannot call Europe from North America.

This was just reported today. I have done this before myself and never had a problem.

We have a class or restriction set up that allows some users to call Europe (in this case France)
We are now getting "Sorry You are not authorised to call the number you have dialed" (that is my translation since the message is in French, our system is somewhat in French as well).

Digging around I cannot see any restictions on dialing out. I have tried 3 other numbers in France and all do the same thing. The same numbers work ok using my Cell phone.

Suggestions one where to start?

If you are getting that message from the French end then there is a problem between your provider and theirs I would say.

Confirmed it is an issue with our carrier. They do not allow overseas calls by default and we have to sign a waiver to allow this.
