Cannot browse Exchange Organization

Any help is appreciated...

I am running Windows2K server with Arcserv2K SP4. I am attempting to connect to my Exchange2K server and I keep getting the error "Cannot browse Exchange Organization using the server (NEI)."
Anyone have a clue what I am supposed to type in for the Exchange server name? I have tried Machine name, IP, Domain\Machine name, machine name\domain.

Is there a reg key I need to hit?
I have also verified that the Arcserve agent for exchange is running on the Exchange server.

Since the old version pf exchnage agent with Arcserve2000 having some issue with supporting Exch2k ,You need to Add a registry DWORD key Called ISExch2000 and add the value to 1 .add it where Exchange Agent exist.
Then you will be able to browse Exchange 20000 orginization .
