I have a Windows Server 2003 SBS Server (SP2) and about 20 Windows XP workstations (SP3) in an active directory domain.
When I open My Network Places>Entire Network>Microsoft Windows Network>[DOMAIN] on the server it is empty.
When I open My Network Places>Entire Network>Microsoft Windows Network>[DOMAIN] on any of the workstations I get the following error.
"[DOMAIN] is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available."
I am trying to use the NT Client Install in Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition and I get the following error.
"No Windows NT or Windows 2000 machines were detected int he selected workgroup/domain."
According to Symantec, In order for this to work the workstations must be accessible through My Network Places>Entire Network>Microsoft Windows Network>[DOMAIN]. They were not able to provide any help in troubleshooting.
Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.
