Cannot break out of dial tone

Hi, Have any of you guys come across a problem of analogue phones connected to a ip 400 phone module intermittently not responding to key presses,, dial tone does not break.

is the software version of the ip400 phone the same as the main unit

Yes, have had it some time,s.
Check your firmware version is this good then you must replace the unit.

you could try re-upgrading the module, even if to the same version. Even though it shows the same release is available to upgrade to as it is now, send the upgrade anyway. Just to the module with issues.

Worth a try.
