We have a client that would like his outbound caller ID to read as "unavailable"
Our carrier, Paetec claims that are not giving out any information, but when a call is placed it display as "212 " Nothing more, just blank spaces after the area code. The customer is not happy with this.
We have the OLID and company name set as blank. Any help would be appreciated.
