Cannot backup Using Compaq AutoLoader

Hi there I am trying to configure ArcServe 2000 Work Group Edition running W2K with a 20/40GB DAT 8 Tape Auto Loader. I am trying to set it up so that I can have one tape backing up every day! I get an error NT SCSI port error on the scheduled job!

If any one can help.

the NT SCSI port error ( probably 6300 ) indicates SCSI communication problems between NT and your hardware. Check the controller, cables, termination etc. on connections, damage, anything. Check your hardware with ARCserve's CDL on
