Backup Agent Error - (91) "License has be Terminated"

hm.. what should I do?

and when i try to just backup the database

the backup log set the shared violation cannot backup-up.
and make the incomplete sign in the job status.

please help me..

Hi,

The message is clear : just run RegisterIT on your Exchange server, and enter the registration ID you MUST HAVE for the Exchange Agent... Also check your event viewer on the Exchange server, you'll see a few CA LIC messages... ;)

Then, after the license issue, remember to right click on Brick level, select Security, and enter the account you want to use for backing up Exchange using this syntax : domainname\user (always, except if you're not in a domain (strange environment, though))!

Hope this helps,
LST

Isoflf,
Thx! but if i miss the registration ID, so how to do?
and by the way,

my network structure is Arcserve IT in the Primary Domain,
but the Exchange in the Secondary Domain, there are using differnt machine to handle.

and so what should we do??
I'm the junior, so don't know really how to do..

Hi,

Well, without a registration ID, you can't go far... license will terminate within one month. So you NEED this registration ID (ask your reseller)...

Concerning the domain thing, that's pretty easy: you need to create a NT account in your secondary domain, give him the necessary rights for NT and Exchange, and so on (for more details, please read
Then, under ARCserveIT, for the source of your backup job, browse your network, secondary domain, and right-click on the name of your Exchange Server. Select security, and fill in the username box with "secondarydomain\dbagent" (or whatever account you created for bacing up Exchange). Enter the password (this account SHOULD have a password, it has big big rights, so take care). Expand your server, and do the same operation for the "Brick level" line.

But first, remember to get (buy..) a valid registration ID for your Exchange agent!

Hope this helps again,
LST
