cannot adjust printed font size using IE

i have at least one user that is unable to change the font size of the printout from IE. we have forms to print and using the view\text size on the tool bar does not work. the font looks good when previewed but when printing it always goes to the largest size. the printers are hp networked printers and work fine for everyone else but her. other programs she uses work just fine when printing. i have messed with the font in the windows settings, and anywhere else i can think of.
