Cannot add user

Greetings all,

I am having an issue with adding users to my CP. I thought I had added a user and when I did a lookup for his ext...could not find it. So I decided to add the user again. I go to add user and fill out the name and the 4 digit ext, but nothing happens...the screen flickers and does not change. No message given. Can anyone help?

Make sure you are clicking the save button. If you are then you might have to reboot the callpilot.
