Cannot add user into CallPilot "object already exists"

Hi,

Whenever i am trying to add a user into CallPilot it seems to come up with an error.

Express User Add Failed
The following errors have occured:

Object already exists.
Error code: 60695, severity: 0, attribute: userextensiondn, text 1: 1

Is there anything i can do to fix this? Is this some sort of filesystem corruption?

Nevermind.

I did an advanced search on the DN in question and found it was attached as a secondary to another mailbox.
