hi,
i have a machine that i am unable to add to windows 2003 domain. i have checked domain controller in nslookup and it is listed. i am also able to ping the DC. i have uninstalled/reinstalled NIC, does anyone have any suggestions on a fix?
i appreciate any advice

Try adding the computer account within your AD before adding the domain on the machine.

What error do you get when you try to join the domain??

What are your DNS settings on the machine you are trying to add to the domain?? It should be set to whichever server is doing DNS for you domain.

i have found the problem, it sounds weird but the wireless card was disabled and that did not allow it to add to the domain using LAN connection even though i had internet access through the latter
