We are using Netware 4.2 with Groupwise 5.5, then upgrade Groupwise 6.5 recently. Then, we have a problem when set up of new Email users into our Internet Gateway.
It appears that although we do everything correctly to set the new users up to send and receive Internet Email, it is not working correctly, which results in their being able to send and receive internally, but not to outside Internet. All old users is working fine both internal and external.
