Cannot add new LUN onto LPAR - mismatch

Hi, we suddenly get a mismatch message (see below) while adding a new LUN to the system. Storage is directly attached and do not go through the VIO. Is the ODM screwed? How can it be fixed ?

message in the pcm.log:
