Cannot add a file to Frontpage

When trying to add a file to Frontpage I am getting this error message:

ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved

Hi DawnP, I am not too sure of the error that you get but I can suggest that you create a URL that link to the file that you would like to put in FP. Sorry if this is not a lot of help but that is what I usually do with big files....:)
 
I get the error when trying to copy a file from my hard drive into a FrontPage Explorer folder.
 
I'm sorry. I'm not understanding what you want me to do. Can you give me step by step instructions? As you can see, I'm a novice.
 
It says FrontPage Explorer version 3.0.2.926.. I have my own webserver here. How do I check that extensions thing?
