Cannot activate Windows 2003

Hi, I have a server with windows 2003 installed and the product activation time has finished. But now when I try to open the console to activate it, a message with the activation wizard appears to me. I click the activation bottom and then a message that say "Your product is activated" but nothing happend.

I tried to restart in safe mode and then updgrate it with another retail version but I can´t.
Somebody knows how to solve it?
