Cannot access yahoo webpage

Hi

I have a problem accessing yahoo webpage. Whenever I try to access I receive an message: You don't have permission to access / on this server.....
If I disable all ISA Services, it works just fine. I haven't done any changes recently.

We use ISA 2006 Standard with SP1.

Thank you for any help.
