Please excuse my lack of details with this issue, as it is the first time I've encountered this problem. Let me know if anything needs clarification.
My company consists of about 50 workstations, all of which connect to the Internet through a DSL connection. The DSL router is attached to the server which is also our default gateway. Last week one of our employees had a name change, so I changed the Windows and Exchange IDs.
Since that change occured, this user's PC is no longer able to connect to the Internet. Regardless of who logs into that PC and tries to access the Internet, it will not connect. It is able to connect to all resources within our network. If the user logs onto any other PC she is able to connect to the Internet. It seems that somehow the user's name changes caused the PC to lose its Internet connection.
I've tried to reestablish the Internet connection through Tools | Options | Connections | Setup. The setup process completes successfully with no error messages, but the computer STILL will not connect to the Internet.
I've ran an ipconfig /all and all the configurations here are accurate.
Can anyone give me any direction as to how to fix this issue, or some of the other things that should be checked?
Thanks.

Why make it simple and efficient when it can be complex and wonderful?
