Cannot access WIadmin page

Hope some can help.
I have installed WI version 3 on a Windows 2000 server in our DMZ. The Citrix server is on the inside. When I start up Internet Explorer on the IIS server (i.e. local) I can get to the logon page and see my published applications. However when I try to access the WIADMIN page I get: You are not authorized to view this page, HTTP-error 403 forbidden. I am a member of the group domain admins which is a member of the local group admins on the IIS.
The port 90 for the XML service is open between the DMZ and the inside as well as the required port to do authentication to the domain controllers.

Check to make sure the default document in WIAdmin virtual directory is configured to default.htm

You also need to check the security settings in IIS for that directory. By default it will lock you out. I have mine set to only allow admins at my private IP address to have access to that folder. Obviously you want to lock down this page.
