I have several computers that cannot access the website and others that can on the same network. This problem occured today, yesterday it worked. I use IE but tried with Mozilla and had same error of cannot find page. One computer uses Win98 the others Win2000. I have run ad-aware and Spybot search and destroy to try to clean up spyware because at first it directed me to a incredimail search page. Can anyone please advise?

Right click IE go to "Properties" go to "Security" tab under "Security level for this zone" it should be set to "Medium"

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.

I have deleted all history, cookies and reset everything to either medium or low in Security levels, still no luck.

From one of the machines that can not access the website try to ping the website. You will not get the replies because they probably turned echo off. Then place the IP Address in IE instead of using the website name. I have seen this clear up the issue.

Glad I could help. Thanks for the vote.

Still have a problem, I got to the site but I cannot get past that, clicking on the links I get the same error. Any ideas?

Delete files, cookies and clear history in Internet Properties and then reaccess the site using the IP address. This will reset all of your cached information. Never did this but it should work.

I was wrong, it is fine. She used her old favorite rather than the new one created. Thanks again!!!
