User is getting a VM box message stating the VM mailbox is full with only (1)message. I cannot view or modify the VM mailbox. I am not able to delete the VM box either. I receive an error - a system error occurred & the user was not modified, try again later.

The problem is now worse
& I am not able to check the VM mailbox. When I enter the password, there is a beep & the message states - your command cannot be completed at this time, please try again later or contact your administrator.

Please advise

You need to have Itas look at it or you can try to boot it. It looks like you might have some corruption.

Just a few thoughts on this..

Has the mailbox become disabled? You are only allowed a few attempts. Have to tried to access the mailbox from another Meridian phone?.

Can you log into Meridian Mail via a TTY to check the mailbox?.

All the best

Hi, it look like corruption in mailbox profile,so:
1.If you get message only from one(may be two) mailboxes- from ETAS level utilities lanche "is-patch", and run
"fixcabtousers" and "fixuserstocab",first, with "makedel no", then, "makedel yes".
2.If, the situation is more serious-you have more corrupted mailboxes,be carefull!!!-it may be hardisk problems, try
check for SEER 66 class.

I had to have Nortel dial in & they found corruption & manually deleted the users mailbox from MMI.

Problem resolved
