Cannot access urls from Palm Tungsten C via 802.11b

I have a new Tungsten C which has an 802.11b capability. I am attempting to access the internet through my home portal which is an 802.11b access point connected to DSL. The Palm can connect to the access point, and is detected by the network with the appropriate addresses assigned to it. It can even get a screen from ancestry.com by typing in ancestry's ip which is 66.43.22.50. However, when a name, like

http://www.ancestry.com,

is entered, it immediately responds with 'browser error: address not found'.

Tech support so far is clueless or worse. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Sounds like you need to to configure your ISP's DNS details into your access point so that it can tell the Palm along with its IP address.
