Cannot Access Telephony Settings in Unified Manager

Logging into Unified Manager under ee_admin on a BCM400 running version 3.7.

When I double click on the Telephony Services button to expand the list, nothing actually appears. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
 
Downgrade your JAVA. Runtime 1.6 doesn't work.
