Cannot access sharepoint site

I cannot access the sharepoint site on my server. I am running SBS 2003.

The problem has been there for some time but i put it down to a lack of resources due to the main partitian being fukll however i have now moved the users shared folders and the problem is still there.

Can anyone help

i dont get one its just the standard page cannot be opened one in internet explorer. Thats the thing that has made it more bizarre because there are no error codes to help me fix it.

Try checking the web application Identity by going to IIS, Go to the Application Pool, right click on the SharePoint App and go to Identity tab. Make sure that the account and password entered in there is the same one as you have setup for the SharePoint Account. For some reason, this does not always gets automatically updated when the password for the account is updated.
