I have installed CR 9 Pro designer on citrix (windows 2003 server and have even tried on an older win 2000 server) and both have the same issue. When you go to File > Open or use the Open folder button, nothing happens. I cannot browse reports from within the desigher, which makes the app completely useless.
It was installed correctly via add/remove programs on citrix and has min SP 7 installed.
