cannot access reports on a RCC (recording for contact center) on BCM 50

I'm having an error message VBscript error 13 when I'm trying to retreive a report from the RCC application. Someone did an unautorized windows update on the PC used for the reports and until then I receive this error.
I did try to put a new computer with Win XP Pro SP3 and I'm still having this problem. Is there a patch or a better version of Windows to use?
My BCM is release 5.0 with no patches installed.
