Cannot access remote voicemail anymore

I have IP Office 406DS V3.2(54) and my voicemail prompt has changed and I don't know why.
Last week when I accessed voicemail I had a prompt to input extn number and password, now it just says "you have x new messages"
Does anybody know why it would have changed and how to fix it?
I also have VM Pro client 3.2(15)

Under admin/prefernces/general what is the mode? Intuity or Ip Office?

Intuity is the way yours used to work, IP Office is the way it is now working.

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACS - IP Office Implement
ACE - IP Office Implement
ACI - IP Office Implement
