cannot access NS10 by https

Screen OS 3.0.0r5.0
I loaded certificate on netscreen 10 box.
(first created request on NS10 and signed it on Linux with
open ssl)
It worked from first load.
After few days I cannot access the box by https.
I created new certificate.
Load it under local. It didn't appear under admin-web.
Loaded under CA. Applied under admin-web restarted the box.
No luck.
I reloaded certificate many times. Once I succeded to see it under CA and under Local.
Applied it in admin-web.
NOT works.
What is the miracle?

It worked few days. And I could access it from Lan and from
outside.
What to check?
